Return and Refund Policy

At Island of Calm, we strive to provide high-quality, thoughtfully designed products. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our return policy below.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order or request a return through your customer's account. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Claims deemed as errors on our part will be covered at our expense.

How to submit a return request through your customer's account

Click the profile icon in the store's menu or use this direct link to your customer's account and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
    • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in resolving the issue with our shipping partners.

Return Address & Unclaimed Shipments

Our return address is set to our fulfillment partner’s facility. If a return is received, you will be notified via email. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If you choose not to use the designated return address, you will be responsible for handling and any associated costs for returned shipments.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the package will be returned to our fulfillment facility. In such cases, reshipment costs will be your responsibility once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that are unclaimed upon delivery will be returned to the fulfillment facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Returns by Customer & Exchanges

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges and returns are at your discretion and expense. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you must place a new order at your cost.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on sealed goods, such as face masks. Any returned face masks will be disposed of and will not be available for reshipping.

EU Consumer Rights

As per EU regulations, customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns. Additionally, sealed goods that have been unsealed upon delivery cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
